SHIPPING POLICY

Your order can take 1-2 business days to process depending on the product

Estimated delivery times can vary depending on where you live and have your package shipped to the estimate shipping delivery is 4-9 and 13-15 business days

We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping availability depends on the product and your delivery location. If a product cannot be shipped to your address, you'll be notified during checkout or before your order is processed

We do have a $10.00 shipping fee but offer free shipping on orders $50.00 and up.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package's progress

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Customers must contact support@redpeakhub.com before sending any item back.
The correct return address and instructions will be provided after the return request is reviewed.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item has been received and approved; your refund will be processed.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@redpeakhub.com as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
